Who will sweep up At the F/W 12.13 shows?

i hope Ymre, Tanya D., Lisa Cant, Ali Michael, Ali Stephens and Heather Marks will show up at as many shows as possible. they are all about coming back...
also would be great to see Taylor Kraemer again.

and maybe Morgane W. but i think she's so bland on runway, she's better in print.

Why the doubt on Svea Kloosterhof?

I believe Frida Aasen will stand out as a very strong contender during next season. She had an extrelemy selective SS12, with just 3 shows. Prada (direct booking), Louis Vuitton (exclusive) and Loewe (special arrangement for Katie Grand).

It will be interesting to see how her agencies play her. She's now with DNA, VIVA Paris and Women Milan.

Got my heart set on Moa Aberg, Morgane Warnier, Marte Mei, Frida Aasen, Romee Strijd, Mackenzie Drazan, Zuri Tibby, and Juliane G. I think Antonia will fizzle out.

I would love to see Lisa Cant, Tanya Dziahleva, and Hilary Rhoda sweep up the shows, it will feel like Fall 2006 all over again I would love to see Elise Crombez book a bunch of shows too, I loved seeing her come back and book the prada campaign.

As for newcomers, I have hopes from some of the underdogs I like, namely Jess Gold, Caitlin Lomax, and Kelly Mittendorf. As for the newcomers I can clearly see sweeping up, it has to be Katryn Kruger and Laura Kampman

Ondria is 15 so if the designers follow the 16 and above guidelines -- they're not absolute rules -- she will not book many shows.

I don't know.. she did have the ck excl and prada semi, but that season was in milan quite poor. last season marc jacobs excl. but no buzz around it (no campaigns, covers, big eds). And i just think there are more interesting faces then her. I really hope she will have a great season though. Just not sure yet.

Jourdan Dunn (literally everyone will hate me for this, but I really don't think she is unique or special. She is a runway filler. I'm getting prepared for the millions of Jourdan fans to attack me right now!! :-))

I was getting ready to attack u cuz I love Jourdan, think she's spectacular & she always get booked doing runway jobs than any other model jobs.. But I gotta admit, with her new really BIG tattoo, I think many designers are gonna be too keen on that but I'm STILL gonna hope for to her to be in every major show

Karlie & Joan are for sure gonna be a fixture on the runways the way they're going

I'm hoping to see more of Anais Mali, Melodie Monrose & Lais Ribeiro

And I'm hoping to Chanel Iman, Sessilee Lopez & Arlenis Sosa make a comeback

@ Kallu direct booking means that she did not do the casting for the show. They basically called the agency and told them that they want her for their show.

I've been following fashion shows for only the last few yrs & I have a few general questions & this thread seems like the appropriate place to ask

1) Do new girls ever debut in the fall/winter season?

2) I like the spring/summer season, is that considered like the more exciting or anticipated season?
