That t-shirt on McQueen himself championing for Kate is the best moment of the show. The clothes seem very juvenile.

On a more serious note, Even if McQueen got out of the asylum and will never come back, I think the clothes have this unworldly element about them that makes me say yay. I mean, i miss the theatrics, but the clothes don't need it.

YES! That's exactly my thought...yes, it's sexy and vulgar but...it's damn mesmerizing. I feel it's like Kubrick...a Kubrick scene--be it totally insane or completely banale--still evokes a wholly unique Kubrick universe, down to each detail...

A work of art could be overtly sexy, vulgar, commercial, it could be all of these things and still wonderful if it transports your imagination. Of course some of the outfits are gross if you think of wearing them on a daily basis (I wouldn't wear most of them ), but the vulgarity, the champion belts, the skin... it's all part of the plan, the vision...which is quite complete, and quite poisonous. B)
