So I guess Angelea's suing ...

America's Next Top Model is under fire after legal documents filed by former contestant Angelea Preston allege that the show and its host, Tyra Banks, wrongfully disqualified Preston because of her escort past.

The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, claims that Preston originally won the reality show's cycle 17 and was entitled to a $100,000 contract with CoverGirl and a spread in Vogue Italia, but once it was discovered she had worked as an escort, Preston was disqualified. Lisa D'Amato was ultimately named the winner.

The suit goes on to say that Preston's former job didn't break any of the show's rules, since it occurred before she started working on ANTM.

Banks, 41, didn't immediately respond for comment.

Preston is seeking $3 million for damages in the suit, which include breach of contract, infliction of emotional distress and failure to provide meal and rest breaks during filming for the contestants.

Tyra should never continue this irrelevant show. It's fun to watch because it's hideous. The Australia's version is much better and they really make the winner as a real working top model. Naomi's The Face is much more real with real clients in every photo shoot

I finally got to watch the whole thing and some of the earlier models that were eliminated did actually look better than some of those that qualified
