Eva modeled at the Mal Sirrah Spring 2006 fashion show in Harlem yesterday. Then, she modeled a Mal Sirrah fashion line at the Fashion Rocks event. CBS is airing the show tonight at 9 PM.

Two nights ago, she presented at The Lady of Soul Awards.

There's going to be an America's Next Top Model Tour next week.

Naima Mora , Eva Pigford, Shannon Stewart, Shandi Sullivan, Mercedes Shorte, Tocarra Jones, Amanda Swafford,Ann Elaine Markley, Keenyah Hill and Kahlen Rondot.

The North Tour involves cycle 4 winner Naima Mora, as well as Shannon Stewart, Ann Elaine Markley, Tocarra Jones and Shandi Sullivan, who can be seen in the following cities:

Boston - Tuesday, September 13
Chicago - Wednesday, September 14
San Francisco - Thursday, September 15

I doubt any of them were going to walk the runway. The names were only revealed yesterday. If they had other gigs, then they would not have participated. The only ones who may be contractually obligated to the show are Eva and Naima. Ann, Amanda, Mercedes, must have expressed interest.

The only one I think that would have been walking for real fashion shows this week is Ann, Naima just dosent have the right body type, and Kahlen dosent have an agency In NY.

I believe you can walk without an agency, many of the previous contestants that were not signed then also walked for last year. They walk for free.

I still have my hopes up for Naima although. In one of her most recent interviews, it was mentioned in the article that she will be modelling in the New York Fashion Week...but now this tour is getting me really worried how will she manage to handle the hectic schedule? Darn it! I just want to tear that ANTM contract cause it's messing up things for her. She's trapped like a bird in a cage. It totally pisses me off cause the worse part is that there's nothing she can do about it. It's part of her ANTM contract and obligations.

Actually alot of new models go to south africa and do very well and build tear sheets, experience, and etc. and then come to the US and do well.

Eva and Yaya's shows were only marc bauer though, I think that was part of the contract as him being a guest judge.

Sunday, Sept.11--Fittings for Elle Girl (fashion show the next day)

Monday, Sept.12--Walmart fashion show, red carpet for the press, and fashion show after party. After party, fly out late at night to Boston.
They'll also be on The Morning Show 7am on September 13 & appearance on UPN 38's morning talk show 7am, Local Radio & Appearance on JAMN 94.5 Radio 8am, shoot station promos, cut promo lines for UPN 38 and ANTM 9am, Interviews with local press--Boston Herald/Boston Globe 10am, Break, then lunch with contest winners (noon), Autograph session at retail partner~ 2 hrs.......then, fly out in the early evening to Chicago.

Wednesday, Sept.14--hair & make-up (6:30am), appearance on WFLD Fox Thing in the Morning News department (7:50am), taping at B-96 radio (8:30am), live or tape appearance at WGCI radio (9:30am), promotional shoot back at WFLD/WPWR with Jim Marketti (10am), lunch, appearance at retail partner (1-3pm), appetizers with key clients at a restaurant (3:30-5:30pm), then, fly out to San Francisco


Thursday, Sept.15--radio station interviews (6-9am), tape promos (10-12n), lunch with contest winners (12-1:30pm), break, public event--autograph session, Q&A session (3-5pm), client cocktail reception (5:30-8pm), THEN fly out to Los Angeles.......

Friday, Sept.16--Tyra's Talk Show (TBD, ?), Rehearse & fitting for Emmy Awards Show (TBD, ?), but for sure....US Weekly Party!!!!

Saturday, Sept.17--affliiate event

Sunday, Sept.18--rehearse for Emmy's Award Show , Emmy Trophy Presenter walk red carpet , Emmy Award's Show, but for sure Emmy After party at the "Entertainment Tonight and People Magazine Party

That schedule sounds so EXHAUSTING which is why I'm starting to have doubts that Naima will be able to model on New York Fashion Week like she said in her interview. Unless Naima gives up certain events, I dont think she'll make her walk on NY fashion week.
