I think we all know there is a wide middle ground between your example and her twitter post.

I do feel for Molly. I mean, imo she was pretty much the best of her season in terms of consistent print work and then when it comes to the last possible moment they chop off her hair and pretty much ruin her look and chances to work. And we know that the top contestants get put on hold til IMG says yay or nay so if they gave her the run around til late July/August when we know models don't get much work and an agency is putting effort into promoting girls they already have I can understand her frustration.

Bad mouthing an agency is always bad form and not a good idea for long term (or any) success. Twitter and facebook have made people really short sighted when it comes to what they share with the world.

Every month or so I see an article about some idiot somewhere in the world getting into hot water because they said something uncomplimentary about their job/their boss/an impending court case on Facebook/Twitter/some other social medium and it got back to the wrong person. Molly is that idiot. Complaining to friends? Perfectly normal. Bad-mouthing an agency on Twitter for all to see? A very bad idea.

My assumption is that IMG told her to work on her measurements and come back in a few months and then decided they did not like her look afterall. It was lame of them because Molly had to wait until the final rejection before talking to other agencies. However, life does bring disappointments. Molly needs to learn how to handle them.

Having said that, it's my understanding that Molly did take down the tweet that Urban Stylin posted and replaced it with...

Whatever. Life goes on I guess.

@TessMarlene went to Images (Kasia is signed with them), showed them my port. and they asked me to come meet with them Monday ! More tom.

She met with them today and is going to New York Model Management tomorrow and will be sending her portfolio to Ford, Wilhelmina and Next. Hopefully one of them signs her!....except Images.
