A new low for the show today. Tyra eliminated a girl for acting too much like a model, basically. To me, her song was the best. Loved the jazzy feel to it. The video was crap, but all the videos were.

I think last night's episode was really fun and was amazing to see Lisa and Allison. Angelea was a letdown for me, even though I liked her song.

Alexandria needed to go home a LOOONG time ago. Her video was GOD AWFUL but I have to say, I caught myself singing her song after the show ended. Her voice had a Florence + the Machine vibe to it (albeit an out of tune one, but still)

when i watched it today and saw that they were doing music videos i kept hearing in my head bianca's voice saying how they are there to model not to be a celebrity who acts, sings, dances, etc.
the whole episode i couldnt get her saying something like that out of my head

but seriously Allison in her video was absolutely breath taking

Perhaps the reason is that I missed her original season, or maybe it's something else, but Allison's alleged charm is completely lost on me. I don't see ANYTHING even remotely appealing about her. Same for the video. Was her face painted green? White? Either way, all she did was sit in the swing and give us a deer in the headlights look. I did like the melody to her song, but I did not at all understand the praises for the video (or her in general, tbh).

I loved the Game/Allison thing too, especially the critic he gave her at panel she was amazing last night. I love her weirdness. (I'm kinda weird myself, so it's cool to see someone like that on tv)

Even though I'm "rooting" for Allison, I don't like this season at all, it kind of takes the show into derision. I find the challenges a bit stupid, and the way that now they are working towards becoming a celeb instead of a real model...

Oh and I thought the same thing about Alexandria's singing (to the florence and the machine comment) even though I initially thought of scarlett johansson's singing.
funny to think that they brought her back because (I'm guessing, even though she has potential for modelling) she made drama last season, I feel like she came back to show herself as a very grateful, soft, loving person/to put the records straight...

Allison was sort of the "Shandi" of her cycle. She came in as the super weird girl with the big eyes. They "transformed" her into a "model". She had that innocence during the cycle which made her more like able than all the other crazy girls. I remember being all pissed because she did so much better than Teyona during the Rosa Cha final runway show.

I thoroughly enjoyed Allison's expressions when they were told that they had to incorporate "Pot Ledom" into the video.

Pot Ledom was ridiclous and i couldnt believe (though i should have expected it) that tyra would make them put that in their videos AND she was going to 'cameo' in them wearing that ridiculous outfit.

once again the focus just has to be on tyra... she really makes a mockery out of this show

Aha they need to do a music video every cycle...although I wanted to see what Bianca's would've been like. Angelea's video was hilarious. The Game/Allison thing was kind of cool, she's great and needs to win. Just please, not Laura; she's the only one left I can't tolerate.

I just rewatched the last 20 minutes (the panel). The music videos, with Tyra and that guy is just...

I'm listening to Alexandria's song on repeat right now, lol. It's quite catchy and addictive. She needs to record it as a full song and I actually think it could be a hit for her. Wonder if she has the rights to it, probably not.
