Jacket is by Ralph Lauren, the same one she wore here

She looks good. I like the outfit. Did she cut her hair? It looks a little shorter to me.

I like the dress. It reminds me of the stuff she wore pre-wedding but more polished. The length is good on her too.

I like the length of the dress and the whole outfit. She's finally wearing something a bit more age appropriate. One thing I don't like is how shiny those tights are.

Lovely outfit. She has great legs so it's nice to see her showcase them once in a while

I wish William dressed a little younger to match her better...he dresses like his father--not good.

she really isn't doing anything to help those pregnancy rumors, is she.

And I agree on everyone saying she is dressing more age appropriate

as for william, i know this thread isn't about him, but he has less choice in dressing younger. with men, its really about the cut of the suit, and something too slim fit would look too trendy. he needs to look a little stodgy

^Would love to see how the idiot editors at Time who made that decision dress.

I doubt anyone who has excelled enough in journalism to work at a publication like Time is an idiot. Time isn't the New Yorker, but there are plenty of people who would kill to work there.

This is the full article.

Kate Middleton's Grace Kelly–inspired wedding gown, designed by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen, was perhaps the dress of 2011, but the majority of her sartorial choices this year have been disappointments. It's understandable that royal protocol would dictate more conservative choices for the new Duchess, but at times, Middleton's picks have bordered on plain boring. Aside from a sparkly evening gown here and there, Middleton has stuck with safe silhouettes in more shades of nude and navy than we knew existed. Her penchant for plain reached a pinnacle on July 5, when Middleton wore a beige dress, beige heels and — surprise — a beige belt for a visit to the Somba K'e Civic Plaza in Yellowknife, Canada, as part of her and Prince William's first official North American tour as a married couple.

obviously, the picture they used for the article is not what the author is describing, I believe she is describing this outfit

also, its worth noting that her wedding dress was the number 2 best fashion moment of the year, its just everything else that they hate. and I agree with them

Time magazine named all her looks on their top ten worst list for style.

I completely disagree with them...She looks lovely, elegant and sophisticated more often than not...I would be proud to have a wife that pretty, well groomed and classy...^_^

^^Can they even called that a belt since that was part of the dress? Who else was on that list? If they are complaining about beige than Charlene should also be on that list.
