same here.I loved how decadent, elegant and rural it is but in such a subtle way (helps that the palette also feels very creamy), it isn't as obvious and gimmicky as the show was..
this turned out much better than i expected. i liked the idea of a gaucho theme, but i'm sick of baptiste, i don't like claudia's face, and i'm kind of tired of seeing freja by lagerfeld, so it didn't sound promising at all... i'm glad he managed to do something nice though. i'm not a fan of his work as a photographer and i'd like to see someone else shooting it, but he's shot some nice chanel campaigns lately (i was a bit indifferent to last season's, but f/w 08.09, for example, was gorgeous). what i love the most is that even without the logo you can tell it's chanel, it looks chanel, which i find very important. it carries the elegance the name implies. my only complaint is claudia's pose in the 5th shot, it kind of ruins the mood...
