Update for the Londoners... As of this afternoon:

Harrods has mini blue, whiskey tote, dark grey tote, cream tote and all sorts of Silverados.

Harvey Nicks has whisky tote, dark grey tote and Silverados.

Norsdstrom in Atlanta: Go onto Chloe website for the number, $1350. I love it too, but have a dark plum leather bag with large gold grommets (gustto).

aabbott123 - that website is strange how it just looks like only the silver is available. They have alot more, you have to back out of that page and just go to "designers" and then choose chloe and then handbags. It'll show you all your choices

Hobo style!

Hi i have a paddy in dark grey which i love to death, and i really want another one, probably in whiskey. I don't really think i can justify having two the same, so i though i might go for a different paddington style, like the Hobo. has anyone seen it in this colour, and does anyone have any strong feelings about it? i'm really undecided.... Help!!!

I don't clean my Paddingtons or give them any special treatment other than wiping them down with a baby wipe before they go back in their dustbag. This won't clean ground in dirt but it does remove surface stuff like dust and lint.

Does the Blanc have a yellow undertone? Is it a yellow white or a bone white?

Thanks for the info on the hardware, I was thinking that maybe mine was defective. Stephbina described the color perfectly, it's a beautiful color for the summer. All my bags are either black or brown so having a light colored bag is a first for me.

As for the maintenance, I read in the spy thread that one of the stores told the girl to wipe it down with baby wipes too.

I bought a Kooba and had to return it. The whiskey color on the Paddy is so much better. It's richer in texture and in depth. There's also a brighter luster to the color than the Kooba has. The Kooba Marcelle I was looking at was utterly flat and SO DISAPPOINTING!!!! I had been wanting that bag for so long and then I ended up with the "Why bother?!?" feeling.

Get the whiskey, it's absolutely lush!

Sorry about the multipost. Yes, the Paddy Hobo in Whiskey is very nice. I saw it in rl at NM. The color is as beautiful as the tote. If you already have the satchel, I would go for the hobo in whiskey. It's gorgeous and it's different enough so that you definitely don't feel like you have the same bag. You can check it out on the NM site, but the bag there doesn't have the same luster it does in rl. I just wish that Chloe had the matching shoes!! Good luck!

Hi Rocco - that is definitely whiskey. It's my all-time favorite color . I have both the paddy and that exact hobo in this color (hobo is on it's way actually, can not wait!).

I would say it's probably more available than the regular paddys. Just call around. I found one at the bev hills NM.

I was wondering that too...I would love to have them in chocolate, but I waited too long and now they are sold out of my size on lvr Is there anywhere else to purchase them online?

I did the same thing -- waited too long and now I really, really regret it !! Lesson learned.
