I called the customer support number and also sent an email to the product advisor at [email protected]. At the time that I called they didn't have any mini's in stock other than the metallic ones, but they said they were expecting a tan mini in a few weeks and that they could put me on a special orders list.

My product advisor (Lucie) was really friendly and helpful and pretty good at getting back to me by email.

I wish you luck!
mTaz, sorry, i meant order from Bahrain.

I'm so sad that I missed out on the NM tan earlier today, I would have taken it in a heartbeat :( Oh well, I'm going to convince myself that it was returned for a reason, something was wrong with it, I didn't want it anyways....:innocent:

I called the store in Bahrain (the salesperson's name is Jaybe)- Sacoche boutique. It's an authorized Chloe dealer listed on the Chloe website (www.chloe.com)...you can find their number from the website.

They just got a bunch of new mini's in stock - in whiskey, blue, chocolate and metallics. I didn't ask about the medium paddies, but in all likelihood they have those too, as they just got new shipments in this past week.

And the best part is, they are so much cheaper than the states! At least $300-$350 cheaper.

But...the downside is, that if you plan to email them to ask order/ask details/ask for pics etc....be prepared to wait a while before you get a reply. I always had to call them two-three times just to remind them to reply to the email I would send them. It got annoying, but the low price kept me hanging in there. I probably spent a small fortune in calls to Bahrain though:p Oh well!! My tan mini is on its way...I should get it by this Monday or Tuesday. Will post pics once I have it!

I ordered from Sacoche Boutique in Bahrain (authorized Chloe dealer listed on the Chloe website) over the phone (their number is listed at www.chloe.com).

The S.A there is Jaybe. The prices are much cheaper than the U.S - at least $300-$350 cheaper, but be prepared for long lags between responses to your emails (if you email to ask them to mail you pics/details of order etc.) It got really annoying cause I wouldn't hear back from them for a week after I would email them, and I would actually have to call to remind them to reply to my email. the low price was the only thing that kept me hanging in there:rolleyes: . Spent a small fortune in calls to Bahrain , but oh well...lets just say it's the cost of doing business:p

My tan mini should be here Monday or Tuesday...will post pics then!:D

Hey guys, Sorry about the duplicate reply (above) yesterday. When I tried to submit the reply the first time, the system said "page not found" or something like that. So, since I wasn't sure the post got submitted, I typed it all over again and pressed submit again...and I got a message about the page having technical difficulties. Well, I log in today and see that both of them got posted! Sorry!

Hey Bijin! I'm sure Bahrain will get backto you, but I would highly recommend calling them at least once to get their attention because they seem to be swamped with emails.

Btw, I *love* Japan and I love Kobe. I've been there twice when I was very young (pre earthquake). Then two yrs ago, I was in Tokyo for six months, teaching english at Nova, just for a lark. Had an amazing time, but was *shell-shocked* at Japanese prices, so I know what you mean when you say you can buy two bags for the price of one!

Hi again everyone! Thanks for the advice on Paddy colour. I'm gonna keep my whiskey paddy, because try as I might, I always love my neutral,go-with-everything colours. Unfortunately the blue paddy will only go with certain things. I'm suffering separation anxiety now!

Generally, when you're choosing your bags, especially It Bags like Roxy, or Fendi Spy - do you tend to go for something classic that will last for years... or something super standout and outrageous... that will really make a statement? It Bags seem to standout no matter what their style, but some (silver metallic with rhinestone lock, giant embroidered squirrels) really announce their presence. I usually don't want a bag to trump my outfit, but who knows, with the right bag? ^_^

I go for whichever I like the best! Be it classic or outrageous. Now when I like more than one it gets a little difficult :innocent:

^ Yes please.. :D I would love to see more pictures of this beautiful color... :D

I'm trying to post pics of my paddies and my bbags but it says that my file is too big, even though it is just one picture...I am new at the whole digital camera thing, can anyone help? :flower:

You need to resize the photos; adobe photoshop works well for this; you just want to change the pixel image size; then you save them as jpeg's.

Have you used adobe before?

No, I haven't...Can I download it from the website?

you can resize photos in any of the photo software. You may already have on on your computer or one may have come with your cam.

I think theres an online resizer too. sizetomail? I can't remember the exact name of it. Or if you upload to photobucket it'll automatically be resized

Nawth21 is correct; you can use whatever picture software is on your computer or that came with your camera.

Adobe came on my computer; that is why I suggested it.

Has Chloe ever made a Paddy in this colour? Ebay 6843485298

I think that is a bad fake-a-roo; and I have never heard of the color either.

Here is a pic of my new blue mini and my sable paddy (thank you to loganz for resizing the pics for me!)

I also took a pic of my small bbag collection, I will post it in the bbag thread.
