Just got my whiskey paddy from LVR. Happy to report it's perfect! No flaws anywhere. I was getting worried from reading all the reports. It does has a serial number in the inside zip pocket and it is pebbly, slouchy, super soft, and smells great! I feel like my life is complete lol. This is the handbag to end all bags

ugh I hate fedex/customs. My returned bag has been sitting in Italy for over a day The estimated arrival date is the 16th but who knows if it will make it. But LVR did finally get back to me, once they receive my return they'll ship out the mousse.

nawth, just got authorization to exchange my bag with LVR and it states that i have to pay re-import taxes in addition to shipping.huh?
how much did u have to pay for re-import tax?

I think it'll be the same as the first time around (re-importing into the US or wherever youre located) my bag finally made it back to LVR after 1o days but I havent heard back about them sending out my exchange

i think the bag being returned is considered being imported to italy so there's a customs fee to it but if they send a new bag to me, i won't have to pay customs here in japan since we're just doing an exchange. i hope i'm getting this right. i'll find out. i remember reading something about this fee also when you return something to NAP.
so i have to pay customs fee in italy plus shipping the bag back to them even though it's not my fault that the bag has a stain!

No, seriously. Love the smell, feel, pebbly texture, weight, everything about it. I was walking into the gym today with my tote bag in the other hand and I realized my paddy weighed as much as my tote with my spare clothes, runners, water bottle lol. Doesn't bother me at all Now if I just had one in anthracite too.....

What are the spring '06 colors for the Paddington?? I am looking for the name of the color that is a dark greyish navy...anyone??

If its got a brass lock its the non metallic anthracite. If its a silver lock its mousse but your description sounds like non metallic anthracite (which coincidently looks exactly like noir)

No idea, but they got the bag and didnt charge me anything (yet). Those bastards have been giving me so much trouble they should just eat whatever charges.

Yes, the SA said it was anthracite and it did have a brass lock. I was confused because I thought that anthracite only referred to the metallic leather. I've seen several people wearing this color and in the daylight it looks a bit like dark navy/gray. This is the anthracite color?? Sorry, just want to get a confirmation.
Also, does this non-metallic anthracite come in the mini??

Nope, tags got anthracite on it. Althought I'm convinved theres no diff between the regular noir (as opposed to the super dark almost black noir) and the non metallic anthracite.
