What are they doing?

Jack and Lazaro weren't warm or excited at all. Its almost as if they didn't wanted to be with her, they just walked a bit ahead of her witht their hands in their pockets. At one point she was on her own behind trying to figure out how to walk the stairs. They didn't even pay attention to it but instead Lazaro pointed at her and tell her to go and get photographed.
