Beyonce looks like a stuffed sausage in a dress full of feathers. The original nude color was absolute perfection. It's just ruined with the new color.

I want to make a snarky joke about her paying a ludicrous amount of money only for her to turn up and look like this.

According to Elle.com, individuals usually don’t purchase the tickets themselves, which raises funds for the costume institute. Brands are the big spenders, buying tables and filling them up with their designers, models and other famous faces.

“We invited her to join us,” a source at Michael Kors told Elle yesterday, clearing the air. “The Post story is BS.” Upton will reportedly join Jessica Alba, Hilary Swank, and Liu Wen a Kors’ table.

And then she also confirms that she was invited by Michael Kors on twitter thanking him for the invitation.
Regardless, even if she did purchase her ticket, what does it matter, it's for a good cause.
As for her outfit, there's absolutely nothing wrong with it. The red lip is a bit overkill with everything else, and if anything the cut is a bit matronly but isn't everyone always screaming that she's showing to much cleavage anyways?
