When they have the little heel they look very demure and a bit Victorian. Hard to find in the shops here though. I had some in the early- mid 90s which I wore with a long button through floral skirt and a chunky sweater! I remember getting lots of compliments at the time

I got a pair from office the end of last year .. and to be honnest i have only ever worn them about 10 times as i never know what to wear them with .. they have a slight heal about 1 inch maybe.. i always think they looks a bit odd with dresses as they are ankle boots but thats what i always end up wearing them with

I would love it if any one could post pictures of this type of boot being worn

The best ones are always from 2nd hand stores or online vintage stores. I'm pretty sure Urban Outfitters had a couple pairs in the catalog.

I found my mom's old pair sometime last year and have been putting them to much good use. So comfy! My friends call them "Peter Pan shoes"
