Gucci F/W 08.09 Milan

the black boots with the fringe are gorgeous. anyone else find the carpet really distracting?

I like this :ninja: I don't wanna because it's her but I like it

This is really good so far I can't believe it.

There seem to be some good pieces, but overall it's too Cavalli. Meaning, way too much is going on with each look.

I'm disappointed. I was expecting sexy again.

hippy hip hippy yo....
boring....
but i'll wait the whole collection... and later. right now i'm tired and starving....

Loved the all black look on Lily.

The love ended there.

This is SO Cavalli. It looks nearly identical to his own Russian inspired f/w04 collection.

And do we really need to see the boho thing AGAIN????

i hate the fringes.
the red coat shown earlier on this page is the only thing i love so far....

The Uzbek style textiles are interesting, but on the other hand this trend has been happening in home decor for a few years now and looks a bit dated here. Need to see more.

not bad but I was expecting something much better since her last collections were so amazing. Not bad though...

its not ugly , but VERY predictable , she either takes inspiration from her resort collection or mens collection. It looks like a dull version of the russian looks Cavalli put out , very lack lustre , not ugly but just okie dokie , but not something you would expect from gucci but then again when has Frida ever given a stellar collection??

the first two pics were promising, but then i saw that god-awful paisley and i knew it was the same ol' gucci crap...
so spring was 50s and now we're 60s hippie love child...

She's covered every decade from the 30's through the 80's in just two and a half years.

That's impressive.
