I agree with JacquelineJane, this one definitely sounds like Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling. On her wikipedia page it says:

'Mendes does not want to have children and has described marriage as "a very archaic kinda thing. I don't think it fits in my world today."
Mendes spent several weeks at the Cirque Lodge addiction facility in 2008 to address "some personal issues". She later said that she will never publicly disclose details of her condition because "I have to think of the pain it might bring my mother." So that's covers the health problems perhaps. Ryan Gosling is absolutely adored by women (not me, I don't get it) who would not want or forsee their relationship lasting another two years. And on that basis most would assume (from not knowing this stuff above about Mendes) that she would gladly marry him and have his kids.

Was also thinking of Bradley Cooper and Saldana (but can't find any info on any health problems for her) so that doesn't work. And I think they just split up lol according to People!

Fergie and Duhamel don't fit because they are already married and the first sentence of the blind implies that the couple in question are not yet married.

cause Eva is almost 40 and age could be problematic to conceiving plus her possible past medical issues... and judging from comments all over the net nobody is happy that they´re together.

I believe Lainey. Usually I take blind items with a grain of salt depending the site they come from. CDAN I almost never believe, but Lainey is legit and has a track record of having reliable blinds. Off the top of my head, she was the only one talking about an imminent Amy Poehler/Will Arnett divorce (via blinds) and she turned out to be spot on.

I just mean that as long as its not admitted by either I wont believe it like Megan Fox and Shia admitted they had sex while filming Transformers.

I hope that it isn't Gwyneth and Jay Z. Even though I think it's quite obvious that he cheats on Beyonce a lot, I would hope he'd have more sense than cheating on her with such a good friend. I personally don't understand why you would want to cheat on Beyonce but that is just me.
