Kendall has been linked to a lot of people, most recently Orlando Bloom who asked for her number but she herself has never shown any interest I think..

Oh and she was linked to Harry Styles but there are rumours that he plays for both teams too haha.

I think it might be her, Cara was mentioned and they're close so it might be a hint.

I don't know how reliable the National Enquirer is (we don't have it here!) but I guess they'd have to pretty certain to put it on the front cover like that - unless they want to be sued of course.

Kate & Rooney come from old moey yes but they clearly don't run in the same circle as Bella Thorne. My guess is actually Nicola Peltz who's almost the same age as Bella and whose father is a billionaire I think. She also has famous siblings, well her brother at least is "famous".

'Siblings' in plural form tells me that there's more than one sister/brother/both of this mean girl, who might be somewhat in the limelight. That's what made me think of the Kardashians, but Elite is right, they're not billionaires.
