Oh, I think they chose it because it's the closest she will come to admitting her lesbian relationship. It's interview, they would love to quote her on it.

Nonetheless, her evasiveness is a bit charming. Apparently charming enough to highlight in the interview....I can see why they did that, and I don't think it was particularly stupid either....just somewhat cute.
