Wow Malena - thanks a mil. Yeah, the placement of the hoops on the reps seem to be in line with the authentics. That pale grey one that you posted from TPF is beautiful isn't it? I see what you mean about the 'grain', especially in the second picture above, but I don't think that difference in the leathers is enough to be a deal-breaker!

They do refunds, but I'd rather have a GSH Amethyst than no Amethyst at all, if you know what I mean

The leather of Anthracite bags really is gorgeous, I love the shade, the structure, everything about it, that Brief is perfection

funkyshow- i'd say get GGH.. it's as beautiful as GSH with anthra and it's my dream color. if you don't get it, i will cause i've been pestering the boys since 2 weeks ago for anthra GGH (and this whole thread!) hahaha

alasse- i just died looking at your anthra leather... i love the way it turned out.. the leather is so thick and delicious!!!!!!!!!

You're most welcome Yeah, I love Bows, but definitely prefer the ones from the 1st season, I just hope they go back to the thick, matte, grainy leather of that season and ditch the glazed, shiny one they're using this season.

That said, the grey one above is the only shiny one I like.

I agree, I think Jacky's is a very decent rep and if you like that bag, I say go for it!

Malena- Twiggy! Only cause of the functionality and space it has... but a first would be cute too since Turq is a "pop" color.. it would be cute with any outfit. I'm not helping am I?! I guess I'm saying whatever you think you'll get the most use out of. Would you see yourself wearing a Turq First or Twiggy with more outfits/events?

I don't think Jacky will post photos of the Prada deerskin rep. He told me his rep is "99% close" to the real deal.

I dunno-seeing is believing for me...I don't want to risk $125+ on something I can't see...J is in the business to sell product and make his $$ as fast as he can. I think he'll say what he has to say in order to make the sale. Not to be mean or anything-I love J and all but I'm just being realistic and honest.

Thanks you guys. It's my first Balbag and I really wanted the SH, but seeing pics of Alasse's Anthra brief has made me convinced to keep it. I've also been looking on the pics on tpf and to be honest I don't want to miss out on the Anthra.

PinkPrincess, I'll certainly keep you in mind if when it comes and I don't like it. Hopefully I can get something SH later

FunkyShow: GET IT!!! The anthra GGH Work will be totally stunning!! I'm telling you, someone else will snap it u if you don't (because I think we were all under the impression that anthra GGH was sold out). It really is a beautiful combo!

Regarding J's Prada deerskin....I know a lot of the details on certain styles are off. I wanted one a year ago and did a ton of comparing. Straps were the wrong length, placement of straps were in the wrong place, the color was off etc. It def pays to do side by side comparisions (J's pics vs. auth) to get an idea! HTH.

I've got a new bbag coming next week! !!! !!!

I think I'm going to go with the First, for the very reason PinkPrincess113 mentioned, I think such a "pop" colour would look great on a First, it would look so cute! However, before I order, I would like to know what were the inner pockets on such older Firsts like (Turq 2005), maybe they were stitched to the outside and had a leather strip inside, I don't think the boys would make it like that for no reason at all! What do you guys think?

Both me and my friend got one. However, I have so many bags and am definitely planning to buy an authentic Bow (I don't like this season's glazed leather, so I'm waiting for the next round of colours and leather), so I decided to sell mine to another friend of mine for the price I paid for it because it hasn't been used at all. After inspecting and seeing many Bows, either in pics or real life, I can say that J's bag is by far the best rep out there, the only acceptable rep in fact, Catty's and all other on iOffer are terrible. This one feels and looks lovely, if you like it, I say go for it! I can check with the girls if the bag is endurable as an everyday bag and can report back here after they have carried their bags for a while.

I'm looking for a good Bow rep. have you seen Joy's? I'm not an expert but i thought it looked good.

I paid for the Anthracite Work GSH since last week and had been expecting the tracking number. I chased the boys today only for Dom to email me saying he made a mistake and sent me the wrong pictures and now only has the Anthracite Work with GGH.

I'm so pissed off!! Don't know what to do, should I accept it? Can someone with an Anthra GGH Work please just tell me if it's worth it.....

yes, you should get it. The Anthra leather is incredible! I used my PT today and I love it!
