The wrinkled twosome went in for a pricking yesterday at Dr. Michael Persky's medical office in the L.A. area -- with a camera crew in tow, naturally.

Lindsay: Betty Ford Blew My Cash on Bad Security

Lindsay Lohan was paying an extra $500 PER DAY for additional security at Betty Ford -- but we're told LiLo felt totally ripped off because her protectors were habitually showing up to work super late.

Sources close to LiLo tell us her security detail was supposed to work from 6:00 AM until about 7:00 PM. But we're told they weren't punching in until about 4:00 PM ... and Lindsay was getting upset.

We're told Lindsay also felt she was being treated a tad bit unfairly because nobody else at the clinic had to pay for hired muscle.

But the two sides recently came to an agreement we're told -- and Lindsay no longer has to pony up for the extra protection.

According to RadarOnline.com, she is in secret talks to join the next season's cast. "Lindsay has been talking with the DWTS people. She is definitely interested and considering being on the show", one source told the website.
They added that Lohan is still in treatment and her team at Betty Ford would fully support the idea of her appearing on the hit show. "Lindsay's treatment team thinks 'Dancing With the Stars' would be a perfect transition back to work for her. She would have a set schedule everyday, would be occupied and would be very productive. On the other hand, GossipCop.com, says that Lohan's representative denied the actress' appearance on the show. "Lindsay Lohan is not doing 'Dancing with the Stars.' The story is false", the representative told the website.

Lindsay Lohan's mom, Dina, says her ex-husband, Michael, is a high-living Scrooge who has paid child support for his alleged illegitimate child but not for their kids' education -- so as a Christmas gift, she'll now ask a Long Island court to force him to pay up or go to jail.

Michael claims he has no clue if 15-year-old Ashley Kaufmann of Montana is his daughter, and says he only paid the child support a few weeks ago to avoid an arrest warrant.

"I never admitted it was my child," Michael told The Post's Kieran Crowley. "I'm paying to stay out of jail."

But angry Dina hit back, "It's his kid and the whole world knows it. To avoid jail, he's paying for an illegitimate kid that's not his? It's completely ridiculous.
"When I heard that he was paying for this child in Montana, I just had to fight for my kids," said Dina. She claims her ex owes more than $30,000 in child support and other bills, including school costs for son Cody, 14, and daughter Ali, 16.

"This child in Montana gets more than Ali and Cody," Dina fumed. "Lindsay is so upset and disgusted with him. Last year, I went to court on Christmas Eve, and here I am this Christmas, going back to court."

"Take him back to court -- he shouldn't be getting away with this," Dina's 22-year-old son, Michael Jr., chimed in. The family was also upset to see Michael Lohan Sr. on TV receiving expensive Botox treatments with his latest girlfriend.

Dina also charged her former spouse got paid to help paparazzi get shots of Lindsay during a Thanksgiving break from rehab. "He's a media wh*re," said daughter Ali.

Michael denied all the charges and said he was only one month behind on child support. He said the recent televised Botox treatment with his girlfriend was "promotional," and he did not pay for it. He said he was furious at Dina's claims, although after Botox, you might not be able to tell by his expression.
