Lindsay Lohan claims the Betty Ford staffer who now claims she's the victim of battery was so abusive she made Lindsay cry.

Lindsay is squarely disputing the story chemical dependency technician Dawn Holland told TMZ ... that Lindsay attacked her and caused her to sprain her arm so severely she's on workers' comp. Lindsay says, for starters, she wasn't even with her two roommates hours before the incident. Lindsay says she was out getting her hair done.

Lindsay is telling her friends and family, when she returned to the house, Holland grabbed her abruptly and pushed her so hard, Lindsay began to cry.

Lindsay says that's when she went inside the house and called 911.

As for refusing to take a breathalyzer, Lindsay says she actually asked Holland to give her a test but Holland refused.

Lindsay claims there were not only witnesses that saw everything ... there are surveillance cameras to prove her story.

Well, the incident makes Betty Ford look bad too... what client would want to go if their employees are going to run to the press and spill details? And I'm pretty sure this violates some serious ethical/confidential issues.

Lindsay Lohan is "extremely relieved" that the Betty Ford Center fired the chemical technician who sold her out in a cash-for-comment scandal, an associate of the 24-year-old actress tells RadarOnline.com.
The reformed Hollywood child is looking forward to Christmas and is attempting to put the controversy out of her mind.

"She is decorating and buying gifts for her friends and family, as Lindsay hopes for a drama free Christmas," said the source.
As RadarOnline.com first revealed, Lohan clashed with the staffer, Dawn Holland, after she tried to reprimand the star when she returned late to the sober house.
Lohan is now being investigated for alleged battery stemming from the December 12 incident.

"Lindsay isn't fully aware, nor does she seem to have knowledge of what Dawn did to her by revealing these details," said the source.
"Lindsay was just concerned about her roommates privacy, as well as her own.

"Lindsay is adamant that Dawn was out to get her. Lindsay is committed to finishing her treatment at Betty Ford."
Not soon after making the decision, administrators for the clinic told the Mean Girls starlet they had dropped the axe on Holland, who now faces possible criminal charges for selling a privileged document.

"Lindsay suspected that Dawn had been leaking information to TMZ when the story first broke, so she wasn't that surprised," added the insider.
"The administrators are bending over backwards to make sure that this doesn't happen again for the remainder of Lindsay's stay.
"Betty Ford is concerned that Lindsay could sue them, she has an excellent case if she chooses to do so.


"Lindsay is focused on her treatment right now, and she hasn't decided what action if any she will take against Betty Ford and Dawn Holland.
"Lindsay will wait for the outcome of the battery investigation that is being conducted by the Palm Desert Police Department and the California Attorney General's office inquiry."

Earlier today TMZ broke a story about a physical altercation between Lindsay Lohan and a Betty Ford sober house staff member (now revealed to be Dawn Holland) that occurred Dec 12. Lindsay reportedly came home a few minutes after her curfew (the same night her roommates had allegedly been at a bar) and some sort of fight broke out over sobriety tests for Lindsay (which she passed).
Now Dawn is speaking out about the incident after being fired by Betty Ford. She admitted to RadarOnline that TMZ paid her between $10,000-$15,000 for her story (which sounds like a violation of HIPAA laws,) and that she posed for photos of her wounds, which are currently being shopped around for sale.

And how much are Lindsay and Dina paid everyday by Radar Online/TMZ/X17/Pacific Coast News/Splash News etc...they are trying to use this controversy to cover up the fact Lindsay was out until 1am in a drinking environment and refused a breathalyzer. I don't care about the staffer's case - she'll be subject to the law like anyone else. Lindsay on the other hand.....what time does that 'hair salon' in the middle of nowhere open?

Two weeks after this episode aired, she was sentenced to 90 days in jail for violating the terms of her probation.

^ Yes, you know, it is almost to be expected in the case of, say, a Hilton, with hundreds of millions of dollars and all sorts of connections in the family, but why with Lindsay?? How much money and power can there be in this collection of losers? Answer to the percentage question: People who have no money to pay up front...

There are more than two sides to every story, there’s a defense and a prosecution, and somewhere between those two is the truth. With the amount of trouble Lindsay Lohan’s been in this year it wouldn’t be crazy to think that her lawyers have come up with some plan to squeeze another few thousand billable hours out of her before the year’s up. This time Lindsay’s being sued, not for her child-star-turned-hot-mess ways, but for welshing on a deal in a contract in relation to 6126 by Lindsay Lohan, the plaintiff – photographer Scott Nathan.
It’s a classic case of he said she said, only this time Scott Nathan alleges that he’s owed 1% interest in the clothing line, and he’s not so happy that 6126 hasn’t fulfilled their end of the bargain. There are just a few things that we’re wondering: who in the hell uses a percentage of their company as a method of payment to a photographer in the ad campaign? It doesn’t seem like a realistic method of payment, so we’re willing to blame the lawyers that drew up that contract, if it in fact exists. Scott’s worked with Dita Von Tease, Sephora, Elle Magazine, Katy Perry, and quite a few other notable celebs and fashion/beauty giants, so why would he pick a fight with Lindsay if he couldn’t win? Furthermore which self respecting lawyer would file this suit if it had no merits? Actually scratch that self respecting and lawyer may not go as well together as we’d originally thought.
Of course 6126’s lawyers claim it’s unfounded, and after two and a half years since the aforementioned signing of said contract we’d be inclined to believe them, then again the statute of limitations clearly isn’t over, so who are we to judge. Like we said before, this might just be a conspiracy on the part of Lindsay’s lawyers to kick her while she’s down and squeeze her for all she’s worth.
