Lindsay Lohan's "Classic, Glamorous" Post-Rehab Plan

Lindsay Lohan won't be the first woman to seek solace in shoes.
E! News has exclusively learned that, upon her release from rehab next week, Lindsay is going to get cracking on expanding her 6126 fashion brand into footwear.
Hey, why not? First stop leggings, next stop Jessica Simpson territory!
"She'll finalize everything when she's out," says a rep for 6126, who describes the shoes Lindsay has in mind as "classic, glamorous, timeless with a sexy flair."
An official announcement is expected early next year and, if all goes according to plan, the line will debut next fall.
Lindsay was ordered to remain in treatment until Jan. 3, but at this point it's not for certain whether she'll scram right on Monday or give herself some breathing room and head out later in the week

Lindsay Lohan will not head back to her West Hollywood condo when she leaves the Betty Ford Center on January 4th after her court-ordered stay at the treatment center. Instead, the troubled starlet will travel to a secret location where she will stay with family, mom Dina, and her siblings, after she exits rehab next week.
A source close to Lindsay tells X17online exclusively:

• "Lindsay will be staying at a (secret for now) location starting the 4th of January, with her family, mother and siblings. She also has the support of me and her other friends. As long as she doesn't fail any tests (and everyone is going to make sure she doesn't) she'll be put on summary (unsupervised) probation on February 25th."

Is mom Dina really the best guardian to protect Lindsay's sobriety? She's been known to hit up clubs with both her girls -- even with underage Ali.
Our source tells us:

"She [Lindsay] got to see her family on Christmas, and is of course be staying at a new (secret for now) Betty Ford sober living house with out the cameras on her. From our conversations I'd say she's very lucid and clear minded."

How long until the paps are invited to this 'secret location' for a phony photo op?

Looks like Lydia Hearst-Shaw won't be playing Lindsay Lohan after all.
Though screenwriter Charles Casillo recently told New York Post's Page Six that Hearst-Shaw, 26, would play a Lohan-like "bratty movie goddess in and out of rehab," the model-heiress denies that she's attached to star in the comedy Dogs in Pocketbooks.
"Just so we are all clear, my hair is red because I am the new face of Schwarzkopf color," Heart-Shaw tweeted. "I am a model. I dyed my hair to front the campaign."
Lohan, who is currently a patient at the Betty Ford Center, has yet to comment on the rumored role.
"As for any theatrical roles I am currently filming Two Jacks directed by Bernard Rose. My next project is Catwalk by Tony Hickox," Hearst-Shaw added. "Thank you all for your messages of encouragement during my transition into acting. I truly love and appreciate it. At this time I am not officially signed onto any other projects. Thank you."
