I don't think it's a cover, remember Katie always uses the same tactics when teasing... She did it with issue 8 as someone pointed out. If she was going to have Minnie in the cover then she would have done something more porweful, not a plain white background.

I thought this issue was going to be all about denim or something like that? Well that didn't excite me much anyway.
