Makes me wish I had an iPad just so I could check out the contents!

Here's the first of the iPad app videos, titled 'Angel' and starring Ana Beatriz Barros, Eliza Cummings, Emily Didonato, Julie Ordon, Ashley Smith, Claudia Mason, Lara Stone, Kirsty Hume, Alexa Chung, Noemie Lenoir, and Barbara Palvin.

Another video from the iPad app - titled 'Brush For Love' by Willy Vanderperre and starring Ana Beatriz Barros, Alessandra Ambrosio, Abbey Clancy, Noemie Lenoir, and Claudia Mason.

ugh. riley looks awful and im so bored with her. at first it was like ooh! elvis' granddaughter! but now im just so unimpressed with her and katie grand snapping up john gallianos sloppy seconds

i dont understand. is this like 10 magazines in one featuring every celebrity they can find. kerry katona. sienna. every model going. abbey clancy. kelly brooke. Who is the target audience? or maybe they dont have one and any publicity is good publicity. bizarre.

^ It's a running theme through all the iPad videos. I ripped them from the app and have them on my computer - they all feature an intro with that bunny and Victoria's voice. :)

The voice in the second one - "Brush for Love" - is Patsy Kensit.

Mixed feelings about these covers, but Lauren looks outstanding. Fierce.

Lover both Elle and Sienna's editorials. Sassy and cool.

When this magazine first came out, I saw a few damaged issues in one store and a handful in my local Tescos. It's taken until today for the magazine to be restocked so that I could actually buy a copy - although in exchange for the wait, I did get a pristine version of my preferred cover.

The thing I like best about this magazine is the quality of the paper, it's a high-gloss production. In the interviews, I can see what Katie Grand was talking about, when she said she wasn't given to producing content that was over-analytical, because a lot of them read like tidied-up transcripts of a conversation, to which the journalist has added a little bit of structure for the readers.

It can be nice to hear the direct thoughts of the person being interviewed, rather than some thesis written at a distance about them, but it can also seem a bit simplistic - I couldn't call the written content something that gave me a great deal. But if the agenda is simply to produce a light read, then that's what you've got. On that glossy paper.
