Kate Upton accuses Guess co-founder of sexual misconduct

Kate Upton is speaking out about her own #MeToo experience — and calling out fashion giant Guess’ co-founder Paul Marciano in the process.
“It’s disappointing that such an iconic women’s brand @GUESS is still empowering Paul Marciano as their creative director #metoo,” the Sports Illustrated cover girl tweeted Wednesday, the same night the designer hosted a collection launch with Jennifer Lopez.
She then wrote on Instagram, “He shouldn’t be allowed to use his power in the industry to sexually and emotionally harass women #metoo.”
When TMZ cameras later caught up with Upton, 25, she told them, “I’m excited to tell my whole story, but a walk to the car isn’t gonna cover it … I think a lot of people around [people in power] know about it and need to speak out.”
Upton was featured in a 2011 campaign for the brand.
Marciano denied any wrongdoing, telling TMZ on Thursday, “If she has a claim, there’s one place to tell the truth and that’s in court or to the police.” He added that the brand ended its relationship with the model after she began showing up to sets “looking terrible.”
Lopez, who celebrated her Spring 2018 collaboration with Marciano on Wednesday night, told Page Six in a statement on Thursday that, “My position on these issues is well known, as I have been very vocal about them. I do not condone any acts of sexual harassment, violation, or misconduct. Any accusations should be fully and thoroughly investigated. I will continue to support our rights as women.”
Guess co-founder slams Kate Upton’s harassment claim

“Five days ago, Kate Upton tweeted that I abused my position at Guess to ‘sexually and emotionally harass women,'” Marciano told TMZ in a statement on Sunday. “Ms. Upton provided no details. Just the hashtag ‘#MeToo.’ She leveled this malicious and false accusations only hours before a gala event at our headquarters in Los Angeles unveiling a new Guess campaign. That same evening, she told TMZ that ‘I’m excited to tell my whole story.'”
“As of today, Ms. Upton still has provided no facts, no details, no dates and no circumstances to back anything she has alleged,” the statement continued. “I am told that she has been working with others for some time to defame me and will claim that I groped her and other things. The accusation is false. I have never touched Kate Upton. I have never been alone with Kate Upton. I have never acted inappropriately towards her.”
Marciano added that “many models, photographers, stylists and others” reached out to him with support, but he did not name these supporters. He also claimed to have been defamed and bullied online following Upton’s tweet.
“I fully support the #MeToo movement,” Marciano continued. “At the same time, I will not stand by and watch my reputation be tarnished. I have pledged to the Guess Board of Directors that I will fully cooperate with a fair and impartial investigation into all of the facts. I have complete trust and confidence that the actual facts — not unverified tweets or uncorroborated Instagram posts — will prove that the accusations against me are untruthful.”
Last week, the Sports Illustrated cover girl tweeted, “It’s disappointing that such an iconic women’s brand @GUESS is still empowering Paul Marciano as their creative director #metoo.” Upton, 25, also told TMZ, “I’m excited to tell my whole story, but a walk to the car isn’t gonna cover it … I think a lot of people around [people in power] know about it and need to speak out.”
Upton made her allegations against Marciano the same day Guess honored its newest face, Jennifer Lopez, at a Los Angeles soiree.

Model accuses Mohamed Hadid of r*pe

Model Miranda Vee claims Mohamed Hadid raped her and Guess co-founder Paul Marciano played a part in the assault. After former Guess Girl Kate Upton used social media to accuse Marciano of sexual misconduct, Vee Instagrammed a screenshot of Upton’s tweet.
“Thank you @kateupton it is time people like @paulmarciano & @mohamedhadid get exposed for who they really are! I met with paul at his @guess headquarters that is actually a apartment where he sexually harassed me & after that passed me on to his friend [Mohamed] who was going to meet me for ‘coffee,'” she captioned the post.
“I thought it was a professional meeting but It was just me, him & champagne where he date raped me in a apartment. All to get a test shoot for guess. LAST year when I [tried] to speak out about it they found out & made me sign a NON-disclosure agreement & I only agreed to sign because paul threatened me & said he would get me disappeared if I ever say anything. #TIMESUP Why should we have to stay quiet because they have the power? #METOO.”
Vee did not specify when the alleged incidents took place. Vee did not specify when the alleged incidents took place.
Hadid, 69, whose supermodel daughter Gigi was previously a face of Guess, told TMZ, “When we met it was not a date and not once did I touch her,” adding that her story was “outrageous” and “totally untrue.”
Hadid, who is looking into a defamation lawsuit against the model, also suggested that if Vee wanted to make allegations against him and Marciano, she should do so with law enforcement instead of social media.
Model: Mohamed Hadid name-drops daughters to lure women into bed

Aspiring model Miranda Vee — who has filed a police report accusing Gigi and Bella Hadid’s billionaire dad, Mohamed, and Guess co-founder Paul Marciano of sexual assault — alleges that Mohamed would boast about his supermodel daughters to lure young women into bed.
Marciano allegedly introduced Vee (nee Miranda Vazquez) to Mohamed. She told us that she had felt safe going into a meeting with the father of Bella, 21, and Gigi, 22.
“I thought this is a father who must be respectful.”
Vee claims she met Mohamed — who strongly denies sexually assaulting or r*ping her — at an apartment on North Crescent in LA in March 2017, but when she arrived, “He had two glasses of champagne out. I sat on a couch facing him across the table. He said, ‘Oh you’re so far, why don’t you sit closer?’ ”
She said she moved to sit at his side, and, “We were talking about my career, and he was talking about his daughters. Mohamed said he was headed to the airport to pick Gigi up, and that he was going to Paris with her.” Vee claims he added, “‘Maybe I can take you with me?’ Then he started touching me, touching my leg and my face and he said I looked very pretty . . . and very young.”
Vee claims she started to feel woozy from the champagne, “We were drinking . . . then he was eventually behind me in the bedroom.”
She claims they had unprotected sex, even though, “I told him no.” Once the intercourse ended, she claims Hadid immediately left.
They later exchanged texts, but she never saw him again, she added.
We’re told by other sources that Hadid allegedly “approaches young models over Instagram, sending them direct messages,” introducing himself as “the father of Gigi and Bella.”
According to one 2016 private Instagram conversation seen by Page Six, allegedly between Mohamed and another model who asked not to be named, Mohamed introduced himself with a profile picture of Gigi, and wrote, “I am the father of Gigi and Bella Hadid,” plus “You are the perfect example of a woman’s body.”
He left his personal phone number; it is not known if they met up.
Vee first made her claims against Mohamed and Marciano on Instagram on Feb. 1 in response to a post by Kate Upton. In her initial post, she accused Mohamed of “date r*ping me.” She has hired prominent attorney Lisa Bloom and filed a police report Tuesday in LA alleging that both Mohamed and Marciano sexually assaulted her.
Bloom confirmed to us, “She filed a police report alleging sexual assault against both [Marciano and Mohamed at] the LAPD headquarters in downtown Los Angeles.” Bloom says Vee’s initial claim of r*pe against Mohamed changed to sexual assault, saying it was an “umbrella term” she uses to include “all types of non-consensual sexual misconduct. Miranda used her own words.”
The LAPD didn’t comment.
Bloom added, “I interviewed Miranda several times, and I found her to be credible based on her demeanor and the way she tells her story. She also has some documentation to corroborate her claims. Unfortunately, she also appears to have received some bad advice . . . but she was 22 when those incidents occurred, so I understand. I’m glad she came to me.”
Mohamed has strongly denied Vee’s claims.
At Anna Sui’s show on Monday, he told The Post of Vee’s claim, “It’s dead. The story is gone, so it’s just a false accusation. I feel they are right [about #MeToo] and they should change the culture of any industry. I have four daughters, so I am very respectful toward women and I understand all this, but at the same time there are a lot of false accusations that are damaging to certain people. In general, I think that women should stand up and speak out.”
“I’m not here to hurt anyone,” Mohamed said. “It’s a false accusation. What do I get out of it? I don’t think I can pursue it for financial gains. My name definitely will clear up. I have kids and I have grandkids and I want to make sure that they know that these are all false accusations.”
He added, “I’m not in the business of modeling. I’m not in the industry. I don’t have anyone [models] to hire — ladies — so that’s why I’m very upset with it. She [Vee] kind of followed the #MeToo movement for a case that did not exist.”
Mohamed previously told TMZ of Vee’s claims, “When we met it was not a date, and not once did I touch her,” adding that he would sue for defamation.
His attorney Robert Shapiro didn’t return our repeated calls.
We all know who Roberto Shapiro defended, he's the one you go to when you're in REAL trouble.
So he sexually harassed her and still AFTER that she agreed to go meet with Mohamed because Paul sent her? Like...
