I'm thinking its Amanda Brandao @ IMG, I'm excited to see if she really opens or not, I'm sick of Anja/Karmen/Joan opening and closing the show.

I really hope a newbie doesn't open Gucci. Even though it's nice to see new faces opening Prada or CK, I actually like how Gucci usually cast their shows with established faces. I don't want it to turn into a "newbie overload" type of show like so many other brands have become.

Amanda has been around since 2004 or so, so if she does open, no need to worry

So DSquared2 cast was just left overs from Gucci, right? Most of the good ones were probably doing hair/makeup at Gucci while D2 was going on. Very underwhelming cast considering what they've been having the last few seasons.

Julia again , I love her to shreads, but she isn't really a Gucci girl, at least they gave her two black pieces that were a bit tomboyish.

I'm actually starting to enjoy Suvi at Gucci. She was one of the standouts (in a good way) for me. The new black girl in the show was awful. Everyone knows I'm all about diversity, but she did not belong on that runway. She needs serious walking lessons.

I think Kai looked stunning but yeah she needs to take some lessons, she's only been modeling for a month or so? So I will have to cut her some slack and she's definitely one of my new favorites of the season for sure. When was the last time a black girl besides Joan or Jourdan walked the show?
