According to many websites and pictures, Rachel Bilson is 5'1 tops (Kristen Bell is 5'1 and Rachel is a little shorter than Kristen) and in the 90/95 lbs rangeB)

I don't think she can pull off the maxi dress. I've seen her in a long skirt/tank and she looked incredible, but the maxi dress is too much for her frame, imo.

I think it's because the tank was tight fitting and the waistband of the long skirt was lower than the dress's one. The dress is too large for her. It looks like she's wearing a tent (even if the dress is not so bad - well, except the little boats on it|, I'm sure it would look great on Uma Thurman)
Rachel is really tiny so if she wants to wear oversize clothes, she should have at least one tight fitting item (for example :

: oversized cardigan but you can see her legs thanks to the tight black short)
