However this year, she wore this dress to the Oscars Vanity Fair Party.

I actually have been wondering about that material for a while now. Do you think she would think I was weird if I asked her? I don't like to bother celebrities but I am guessing that she would know. I am also dying to ask her about this particular lip color I see her wear on The OC a lot. I have been looking for a match for months with no luck.

She looks pretty damn white to me. No latino in her what-so-ever. She is 100% european. Her last name is a good give away too "Bilson" sounds very English to me.
