I think she keeps trying to do that two tone thing that has been so "popular". But the thing is, it doesn't seem to be working on her. It'll look good for a few days after she does it, then it goes down hill as if she doesn't take care of it. And this latest event? I don't know if it's the lighting or what, but it looks worse than it usually does. It actually looked way better at the premiere.

I think two tone hair can look cheap and tacky if not done properly.
And I hate to say this, but on her it does, cause the top color just doesn't go well with the bottom color. At all.

The combination of cleavage, peekaboo bra and uber-fierce cage shoes is overkill. Her outfit might have worked better with a cute pair of ballet pumps... and a new hair stylist! ;0)
