Scanty is a pajama company where Primp is a sportswear company. Scanty has been around for a bunch of years and this specific style is a pretty standard design of theirs with different graphics. They're usually known for their unique handpainted graphics by Designer Mickey Sills. If you view their past collections I'm pretty sure they did the thermal thing way before Primp. Then again Primp is basically a knock off of children's clothing.
