I don't think she's that bad. But "it girl" certainly, her mom is a actress/photographer/famewhore Amanda de Cadenet (she's currently married to The Strokes Nick Valensi), and her dad is John Taylor of Duran Duran. Atlanta is definitely Rachel's twin, there are pictures where they look even more alike than the one posted.
