terrible look, the dress might be nice, but the shoes and jacket don't fit to it at all, horribly mismatched and the hair is just nasty
i don't mind the two-toned hair when it's just a few shades different, like light blonde and darker blonde, but the blonde and dark roots like her and Ashlee Simpson have going is so ugly i don't even have words for it

Agreed 100%. and the hair thing as well, it does not suit her and she needs to let that trend go. I am really liking the boots she's wearing while walking in paris though, any info on those? they're probably vintage...

I don't know where to start... but Rachel rarely gets it wrong...

I feel like the dress might be pretty but the length is wrong for her accentuated by pairing it with such bulky shoes. The jacket also needs to go... and her hair... the ombre style needs to be history already IMO.

I do like her outfit shopping in Paris... I hope to own this particular Hermes bag in my life sometime...
