Saw the press release and promo pics for her new show. I doubt it will last. It doesn't look good.

Just saw the trailer and a sneak peak. Looks worse than I thought. Don't buy Rachel as a doctor at all, because she still acts like a teenager. Luckily, I think Secret Circle also looks bad so it's probably going to be 50/50 between the two shows which one goes, if not both.

I think Rachel should do rom coms instead of this tbh.

^ Yeah, it's bad. But I think it will last for at least a full season. The CW doesn't have the money to just throw shows away. Hart of Dixie and TSC were the "best" out of I think 8 or 9 pilots that they had. Makes you wonder just how bad the other ones were? And it's funny that you mention not finding her believable as a doctor, because the network thought the same thing. The CW doesn't really have award winning acting anyway, so I don't think her believability will be a problem. Rachel will pull in people nostalgic for Summer Roberts, and that's probably what the network is kind of banking on.

True, it will probably last at least a whole season. Though, they did cancel The Beautiful Life after two episodes. But this is with Rachel Bilson and she does have some name recognition and it's from the people behind Gossip Girl. Nonetheless, the lack of award-winning acting is not gonna be the problem. It's the ratings if people simply don't care to watch Rachel "play" doctor.
