Agree with Katya; Rachel looks better in shorter shorts due to her shortness. Also, IMO, maxi skirts in general overpower her frame. Maybe a dress is better, or keeping it monochrome so the colour doesn't break up her height line.

I can only guess that she's maybe shading her face from the sun...or promoting that Chanel bag.

I like the shorts, but with the blue top she kind of looks like a camp counselor. And I definitely agree sandals or flats would've been better than boots.
