Jumping on the Rachel looks not a day of 24 bandwagon. Love that beige ruffled dress. Typically I hate ruffles, but the way they "ruffle" is so elegant. She just looks gorgeous here. Love the whole thing. The Especially with the jacket. Nice cut, that. And the shoes!

P. S. Cute candid outfit too. Very cute and simple. I like the sunnies too.
