I think it's the same here, too. Apparently the cancelled order was my own fault, because on the list of my orders there was a little note like "cancelled due to too little rest amount", without making any more clear, what this was supposed to mean. I then remembered that I had used a bonus code I had read about on the internet, a 5 € discount. And apparently you have to order for at least 25 € to be able to use that code. Slightly annoying: how comes their programme didnt notice the problem during 5 steps of ordering prozess AND even sent me the confirmation. because even the last step of the order, as well as the mail, told me I was to get a 10 € shirt minus 5 € reduction. Why deleting the whole order instead of only the 5 € reduction?? And why not letting me know via mail??
The shirt luckily reappeared in XS at some point in the evening, dont ask me why and I ordered it again.
Now I just had a look whether it is still there, and it is, but a shirt I ordered like 2 months ago has disappeared (no reduction involved this time). I must say, after 2 months I dont want it anymore, and it was just a simple basic thing, so no big thing.
I had orderd some million basics because last year, I was hunting for simple white logg tank tops in my size in about 3 different stores, and I dont particularily like shopping at stores like h&m. I want their clothes, of course, but dont like the chaos and stress there.
But more confusion on my online shop page: the list of my latest orders has disappeared, it says I hadnt got anything within 6 months. Now wondering whether they still want my money.
Ugh, so many terrible stories about the online shop. I checked like 5 times to see if they didn't cancell the red dress I ordered. But so far so good. Here the minimum is 19,-.
One thing I really really hate is that when you put something in your basket, it can still be bought by someone else. And when your in the final step of ordering it says: sold out

). But it is loose in the torso part and sleeves. I'm nowhere near Poly's body ( I'm also very small) and it looks like a dress on me.
bust is at least one size smaller than the rest of me... to be safe I ordered it also in 2 sizes, but have delivery dates in mid april and may, therefore hopefully find it in the store and cancel the deliveries. I hope there wont be a big chaos tomorrow, Im not going to be there before noon.
