UK Vogue December 2013 : Kate Moss by Tim Walker

Emilia Clarke would be perfect for a future Vogue UK cover. Not only is this girl a talented actress but she's also extremely beautiful. That close-up shot would make a stunning cover!

You just can't have someone as camera-conscious as Clarke on the cover.

Would someone who is camera conscious really be any worse than an overexposed supermodel giving a vapid expression with what looks like a lazy eye?

We'll never agree on this one.

in case you wonder where the eds are, the copyright holder requested the deletion :(

Probably cause they're weren't very good so they weren't gonna inspire anyone to go out and buy the issue.

Personally I feel that scans are a great marketing tool for a fashion magazine, if the images presented are good. Many times I've gone out of my way to stop at a Barnes and noble to pick up an issue of Vogue or Bazaar I just had to have after seeing the contents here.

This however is also a two edge sword as I've been many tines not interested in issues after seeing how lackluster the content was.

Yep, couldn't agree more.

yeah i agree so much. i can't count the times i've bought magazines i don't even usually buy / didn't know after seeing the eds on here or tumblr or whatever. that's a great publicity, i think. especially for those like me who don't live in the uk/us and have to actively look for mags, i just won't go at the newsagent down the street and find uk vogue, flip through it and say oh yeah i'll get this. i need to go to a specific place / order it online - you know?

Who cares about Vogue UK... They are making people a favor after all: less visual-rubbish (and less 'it' girls).

Sometimes magazines allow some content to be posted ... but when it's full articles, they often want to shut it down. This may have been the case here, I don't know ... but I noticed that Matt posted a lot of content. I'm guessing that they might allow teasers being posted, but want you to come to their site or their magazine to read the whole thing.

the hairstyle is too dirty looking and kate's eyes are droopy and not photo shopped enough, she doesn't look good without heavy photoshopping now a days

John's face...or lack of one

I browsed this issue and was absolutely shocked. I could hardly recognise John Galliano. It is a very sad world if people think it is ok to do that to one's face and one's self image and think it is healthy just cos he is a fashion designer. The world have gone mad.
This man needs help and not sure by being in a fashion spread he will get it.
