I love how you guys are freaking out about Usher being a performer. He has a lot of classy songs and if you watch this segment he did for Movies Rock! there is obviously nothing to worry about. That's the great thing about Usher. He can do classy and turn around and be mainstream. I know he's going to bring it.:

I hated Ale's hair that color. Adri's too in 06, but Ale's was just too bright and I think she looks better with darker hair.

yea, Adriana's hair in 2006 was just god awful and Ale's in 2007 was as well. Thank goodness both are back the way they should be, Adriana with jet black hair, and Ale with light brunette. Now just hope the VS people there hair alone. But like I said just style it like in 05 and I'll be happy.

instead of Usher, they should've brought back Kanye West since he cancelled last year due to the death of his mom. I'm sure he could've performed "Love Lockdown" it's being played everywhere.

I think the music at VSFS is always amazing. I don't think they would've picked Usher if he really didn't fit in the show.

i do too, but the music last year, again with the exception of Seal's performance, was not good IMO. it's almost like they prepped the music a few days before the show aired. it was nothing special.

I thought they would bring Kanye back, too. I thought it would be either him or Usher, so when they announced it was Usher I wasn't surprised because a.) he's always at the show anyway (since dating Naomi) and b.) he had just come out with new material.

Usher is one of best vocalists out there but frankly he doesn't have any major hits out right now. So I find him to be an highly inappropriate choice. Kanye on the other hand is hot as a rocket and his songs and charisma would be terrific for the show. I'm so looking forward to the show, less than under a month to go!

I'm also curious about the runwaymusic. Last year it was messy, but the show was messy. VS always has great remixes. But this years theme is glamorous?

Who is going to open the show? My first thought was Adriana, but she opened last year.
I hope it's going to be Doutzen or Alessandra

I honestly wouldn't be surprised with Adriana opening...KK hasn't been around enough to do it and Doutzen wasn't fitted for anything that was opening worthy. But KK would be my second guess. Gisele opened the show back to back so it wouldn'tbe a shock for Dri too. I would be shocked if she didn't considering her year with them and being the main face of their christmas campaign. But my guess would either be Adriana or KK.

You are probably right, but it would be great to see KK open the show, the whole christmas campaign, the whole show will be about Adriana and her anniversary with VS. So I think it will be great if another angel will open the show just to put the other angels also a little more in the spotlight.

Well if KK can pull herself together she'd be great for the opening. But like I said I think it's pretty much a given between KK or Dri. (Also I'm not saying this strictly as an Adriana fan, I'm saying with how the year and campaigns and etc have went)
