Nope. It doesn't stand out for me. The 3 covers have been visually appealing and then we get this. well at least this one's a palette cleanser? But nope.
Happy to see Karen again. I'm not saying this one's hideous but it's not just a killer.
Always, black, always dark...Italian Vogue is one depressed lady, someone take her out for a walk, it's spring.
Also, I can barely notice it's Karen, could've been anyone.
Reading Karen's name got me extremely excited and this is slightly underwhelming. It's not horrible but I expected to see more of her gorgeous face. I'm guessing this is the job she went blonde for?
Why are all on their covers so god damn dark? Spring has come, lighten up a little bit. Also excited to see Karen on the cover but it could be anyone else as well. I'd rather see a close up of her face.
Great images for a movie poster I don't think this is fashion mag cover material But I have good feelings about the content Prays for not the typical VI things again
I do think creativity becomes somewhat stagnant after 300+ issues, but I can totally see the repetition of dark/gloom on the past few issues. (October was the last solid VI cover that I likes.) Even though it's hard to go wrong with a Meisel-studio shoot, he needs to do more location. Would love to see a beach, water, trees, something other than solid background on the cover of VI. Karen Elson, on the other hand, will never bore me. I love her off-kilter beauty, and as someone said earlier, she does old-school glamour so well.
