What effects do models have on you?

They make me appreciate all kinds of beauties. Society can be so misleading and everyone is used to the plain janes whereas all other unique faces are just ignored. I appreciate people from all over the world with such a unique beauty.

They make me feel not insecure about my chest size anymore

I can't say anything negative has come from models' effect on me. I've come to realize that models are not perfect either, and that they too have insecurities. They just make me wish I was taller, even more so than I already do (because I'm really short.. not even in model standards)

Sometimes I feel sorry for models because they are such beautiful women and they are so perfectly formed, but they are always trapped behind designer clothes that they are not responisble for. They are always hidden behind that whole designer/celebrity/fashion/luxury buzz.

they don't really influence me much at all. I think unless someone is a real fashionista, probably not that many people are affected by them- I think celebrity actors and singers and so on are a lot more influential to most people.

i like to look at beautiful people and models are ( the most ) beautiful. And also the inspiret me. I look at the clothes that the are wearing and look at there pose ect.. it's not a obsession..

Models don't have an effect on me, but they have little flaws too. Flat chests, a little crooked teeth(Jennifer Pugh)... and they're gorgeous and they make me appreciate my flaws a little bit.
I'm glad to see that models have become an inspiration to people.

i think models have an enormous effect on fashion and how it is excecuted. Models can sometimes make me question myself but at the same time they can make me happy to look the way that i do because alot of models have unconventional looks to them.


on the other hand, it was probably models that triggered my facsination with fashion the very first time i ever saw a models pass on runway on television, i've been hooked ever since.

models promote the idea that fashion is fantasy and for that reason i appreaciate them. (though i do not agree so much with the weight thing)

I like models because I have been very tall from a young age, so they made me realize that I am not alone and I shouldn't cower or slouch my shoulders. Also, I like to look at their street style and maybe take some clues from the interviews about their beauty and fashion "secrets".

In professional terms, models are coat-hangers that can walk. As coat-hangers don't make me ponder my existential angst, it's pretty safe to say that models don't either.

They make me feel pretty. I'm skinny so i was really shy and felt myself ugly especially when people said bad about my look (which often happened ).
Since i'm a model i feel confident, i don't feel like being skinny and bird-boned is unattractive.
We can say that models are simple coat-hangers (anyway clients often behave like they are only hangers without soul), but i think they are the part of the art we see on the runway. Without them that dress wouldn't look so nice..

^ It's not always good to be tall and thin. Pretty can be anyone, it doesn't depend on weight and height.
Actually, if it's you on your profile pic, you are way prettier than lot of models. Honestly!
