I agree with 5 out of 10 on that list. Bo Don, Anais Mali, Mariana, Tayane Leao and Barbara are my favorite new girls.

and then I love Joan Smalls, Constance Jablonski, Liu Wen, and Tati Cotilar to have really starmaking seasons this SS

my hopes are high for Gracie Carvalho, Lais Ribiero, and Charlene Almarvez

The only other girl I'm really rooting for is Dafne Cejas and there are a few asian girls I'd like to see do well, Sun Fei Fei and Ming Xi in particular. I'm expecting Abbey to continue where she left off.

Who are you to say who's wrong and who's right? This entire thread is full of people doing the exact same thing that the writers at The Cut did.....we are all making predictions and guesses. Other than the casting directors themselves, no one knows for sure what's going to happen, but you shouldn't be so quick to dismiss opinions simply because they differ from your own.

Bambi Northwood-Blyth, Emily Wake, Ashley Smith, Jessica Clarke &Codie Young for newbies, and hopefully a lot of older girls make runway come backs! I'd love to see Ale book a lot of shows, and I'm sure Miranda will if she isn't showing.

Emily Wake will walk everything this season

Don't get me wrong, I like Emily wake, but the doll invasion is over, and it ain't coming back any time soon, so I'm not personally getting my hopes up for Emily and Codie. Sure, there will always be a couple of doll faces on the runway, but there are already a couple who aren't slowing down to make room for more.

Anyways, if I had to choose one girl who will literally book everything and just own fashion week, I would have to choose Sun Fei Fei. She's got it all.

Codie's first season will be Fall / Winter 2010, so it would come as no surprise if she doesn't walk any shows come fashion week.

The newbies I'm keeping my hopes high up are Hildie Gifstad, Chloe Memisevic, Ilva Hetmann, Eva Staudinger and Pauline van der Cruysse. I hope they get to make their way in a handful of shows, at least. Regarding the new-ish models, I think Julia Nobis and Caroline Brasch Nielsen will do well. I can easily picture Tati reigning this season, alongside Karlie, Frida, Monika and Freja and somehow I don't think Abbey will be as omnipresent as last season (I mean, in New York, London and Milan, because her Paris season was quite tenuous.)

Anyway, I read on one site that this season is all going to be about sexy girls like lindsey wixson and about alien type.

I saw that many of you think that alien look is so over since Gemma is no longer modelling, but my opinion is that being weird and beautiful is what this year look will be all about.

Also, what do you think about Lindsey Wixson being sexy? I really can't see it. Anais Pouliot and Lindsey are so not my type of models.
