Since it's been reported on other fansites, I think Lauren (C10) won't be too pissed if I reveal that the elimination order is pre-planned and the winner is pre-selected. The only thing Andre did was to make sure Alasia was kept over Gabrielle. Since they're both black, I really don't see the racial politics there.

ALT complimented Jessica (C14) and Raina multiple times throughout the competition. People like to forget this. The truth is, Jessica was never going to win. Who honestly thought that someone who got pregnant at 14 was going to be on the cover of Seventeen magazine? Not me.

As for Alexandra (C14), I have no comment but I don't remember ALT saying anything against - or for - her. Alexandra walking for Ellen Miro and appearing on the Vogue Italia site and all the other work she gets is proof enough who the true winner of Cycle 14 is. However, much like Fatima (C10) loosing is probably the best thing that could happen for her. She's not contractually bound the same way the winner is and she's less likely to be associated with the show.

Thank fairies for AusNTM... hell even BNTM is winning over this cycle... I get the dramatics edit (I don't like it) but this is a total yardsale... I can't even get onboard for entertainments sake...

yup! i watched the first 20 minutes of ANTM and just turned it off.

AusNTM is the only legit NTM in my eyes. did you see who won BNTM? what a joke!

I have a question: The winner gets to be a Cover Girl, but the thing is I buy american magazines (Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Elle, Marie Claire, even Teen Vogue every now and then ,...) and I used to expect the winners to be in the ads of the magazines and of course I only saw Queen Latifah, Rihanna and Drew Barrymore. So are the winners for their web page or what? or are they still somehow more exposed in USA?

That's a good question. I feel like I've seen an image or two in a American magazine but then I feel like I don't. Dani and Nicole, both winners, have been in commercials for Cover Girl. Some of the ANTM winners renew their contracts with Cover Girl and some dont.

The CoverGirl contract covers one photo that runs in People Magazine. It's the only magazine I have seen the ads in.
