I've seen Nicole's ad in Elle magazine.

I haven't bothered watching the latest season(Dominique, Isis, Angelea, Lisa etc). Are Allison and Bianca stil in the running?

I have a question: The winner gets to be a Cover Girl, but the thing is I buy american magazines (Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Elle, Marie Claire, even Teen Vogue every now and then ,...) and I used to expect the winners to be in the ads of the magazines and of course I only saw Queen Latifah, Rihanna and Drew Barrymore. So are the winners for their web page or what? or are they still somehow more exposed in USA?

i just assumed that their covergirl ads were only featured in select walmart stores across the country.

Are you talking about Cycle 13 Nicole? She's a bit different from the other winners in that she's had more ads with CoverGirl than anyone else. I have seen several different CoverGirl campaigns with her. They really, really seem to like her.

Are Allison and Bianca still in the running?

Yes, Allison and Bianca are still in the running. I am getting a winner's vibe from Laura. It's something about her edit. I speculate that Bianca will last until the Top 6 and Allison will make the Final 2.

The Cut blog posted this from their recap. I don't watch the season so I missed it. Did anyone else catch this?

Stakes are high for this week’s Express photo shoot, too — a contract with the brand is part of the cycle’s prize package. (Interestingly, at judging, Tyra stops mentioning that a cover and accompanying spread of Italian Vogue’s beauty supplement is also a prize. Hmmm.) The girls get to pose with three legitimate top male models, including David Agbodji and Josh Kloss. Aside from some on-set snark from Express's CFO, who's clearly unimpressed with the standard of talent, it's mostly an underwhelming commercial-focused shoot. Really, the comedown from phallic hot dogs and stilts was going to be jarring no matter what.

I don't like this cycle at all

me either. they took two steps forward and then 12 steps back with this season in terms of how "serious" they were becoming with real models. they are just turning these girls into C-List celebs at best. I really don't see how posing with hot dogs for some jank company and practicing lines for CSI is going to help them.

last time I've checked, I've never seen Natasha Poly or Lara Stone pose with a hot dog or get up on some stilts

Some highlights-

- She has never felt the effect of the supposed Top Model stigma.
- There are cameras and microphones in the bathroom.
- Tyra's internal monologue is probably in a British accent.
- She was not able to apply any of the show's lessons to life.
- She was paid for her participation on this cycle.
- They were not sleep-deprived and they were allowed to read and listen to music.
- She made them write into her contract that they wouldn't mess with her hair during Ty-overs.

Every time I start watching the show I'm asking what the hell I'm doing..

It was about time Tyra did all stars version. I wonder do they make the contestants to wear so much lip gloss and ugly goofy outfits on their free time. Another frustrating thing is the Top Model vocabulary.. Using the celebrities must be their last chance to get viewers..

However, I really really enjoy the opening theme! I find it awesome they're fighting over the crown and messing the place with paint. I also love their styling in this one, although I'm not fan of bodices and neon colors, it's too used. Tyra is looking awfully good (for her) too, only the last expression could have been left out.

Looking forward to see who wins this one, I'm cheering for Allison, I've loved her since I saw her creepy home photos @4chan.

The Michael Jackson shoot

Watched today's episodes. It went just about as well as it could've gone with a Michael Jackson photoshoot and Latoya Jackson as a guest judge. Bre and Bianca were getting on my last nerves. Tyra really has no energy at all at judging. Girl needs to give up the hosting duties to someone who would actually be into it.

Next week's photoshoot looks great.

it frustrates me that they're portraying bianca as the b*tch,
when really, she didn't do anything for the christian to start crying, literally, anything
and the real b*tch is surprisingly lisa

but on a positive note, angelea blows my mind,
whenever i see her, i can't help but think how perfect her nose and cheekbones are
