That Coke commercial in no way justifies Lisa being in VI. Good for her landing that commercial, but she sure as hell doesn't look like a model.

yeah, nope. still don't see it. not when VI features models like Kristen, Christy, Karlie, Sasha, Gemma, Candice and countless other girls. lisa just doesn't cut the bill for me. just because she's done barney's, h&m, gap, dvf, levi's and coca-cola doesn't mean she's VI material. not to me it doesn't. just my opinion.

Why can't Lisa be in VI? This year alone they had Saskia de Brauw, Juliane Gruner, and Kristina Salinovic on the covers, none of which is even remotely special. Not to mention all the random models they feature inside the magazine each month. I know VI is the Olympus of high fashion, but its casting choices have been less than inspired lately. Even if you don't think highly of Lisa, she would fit right in with the rest of the VI crew.

I didn't say she can't be in VI. I said I don't think she has the look for VI. It's MY opinion. Even when VI cast a wide range of models with various appeal, Lisa still doesn't fit in, in MY opinion.

Regarding Juliane, I'm not a fan but I can understand her appeal to the high fashion industry. On the other, I like Lisa a lot but she is anything but high fashion. She'd be wonderful as a TV personality and will probably be way more successful.

i think the problem with Lisa is that she tends to photograph older as opposed to the other models mentioned. She can only do well with super edgy work like Vivienne Westwood or Gaultier as opposed to the likes of Versace or Donna Karan

^I wasn't comparing their work or careers, but their looks. What makes someone 'look like a model', which is what some are claiming Lisa not having? Both Saskia and Krisina are look different/strange from the 99% of the top models out there. I suspect if either one was on ANTM, we'd be saying they don't look like they belong on VI.

But I agree with you that in the picture above, Angelea looks like the 'odd' one out, not Lisa.

IDK if my eyes are fooling me, but I still think Lisa looks kinda menopausal, much more than Angelea.
