I'm glad William has gone away, when they attend events together she takes the back seat. She really shone at the Children's Hospital. She seems so happy and open.

Yes-I don't know who is more thrilled- the kids meeting her or Kate getting to see all of the kids! William has got a real gem there- you can really see it this last week or so when she was handling things on her own, just lovely!


Word today of Kate and William Barbie dolls.
The dolls will be released April 7, priced at £99.99.

Each will be wearing an outfit inspired by their wedding, including Prince William's red Irish Guards uniform tunic and Kate's Alexander McQueen gown.

They are scheduled to unveil a plaque at the London landmark, famous for its cavernous food hall, commemorating efforts to renovate the heretofore rundown Piccadilly Circus shopping district.
• March 8: The duchess will travel to the English city of Leicester with the queen and her husband, Prince Philip, for one of the first of the national celebrations marking the queen’s Diamond Jubilee.

That's a great coat, I like the simplicity of it yet how chic it looks. And I love seeing Kate interacting with the children, Wills certainly chose well, I think his mom would be so proud of him and she would have loved Kate. Seeing her with the children reminds me a bit of Princess Di (which is probably inevitable I suppose). And Biba91, that's so exciting, I hope it's a memorable experience for your sister!

I hate the boots and the fact she refuses to exit a car properly, but other than that I think she looks cute. This is basically the kind of outfit I would expect of her.
