Another LVR question: how are they with returns? Especially if I'm in the US? I'm really tempted to order the anthracite but if you've read my previous posts theres a chance that their 'anthracite' maybe something different. I'm so torn lol.

There was an anthracite at the NM in King of Prussia, Pa yesterday! HTH...

I saw the light blue paddy at Saks, Atlanta less than a week ago. It is an absolutely GORGEOUS color - much better IRL. CALL THEM QUICK!

I got the last blue one from NMs yesterday - it is such a pretty color, I agree!

I just cannot see the paddington ever going to wait list again . They are very readiliy available in London, and all of them displayed on the shelves, you do not even have to enquire about them any more. The must have factor is effectively over as more and more are produced, which is great news if you want the bag because you love it, not because it is hard to come by.

hmmm, a friend went to Paris and asked her to get me a choc paddy and she went to 2 stores and they didn't have it in stock! so now i'm on a hunt for this one. LVR won't have it till March so wondering if i should give the Paris store a call? help anyone!

Is there an alternative to the appleguard everyone has mentioned? I can't find it in the UK. My mum has a cream hobo paddington, and is terrified to take it out in case it gets dirty or marked.

Eeek, I am now in Paddington H*ll! I got a package today, but it wasn't the Blanc I was expecting - it's another chocolate!! OMG! It came from the San Diego store, same place I ordered the Blanc with Matt last Thursday. The chocolate bag was shipped by an s/a named Monica on the same day Matt was supposed to ship the Blanc. So, I have some investigation to do later on tonight. CA is three hours behind me; I'll wait until I have free cell minutes!

Ladies, whoever here said the new chocolate has no red in it was indeed correct. This one is a true, rich, dark chocolate brown compared to my chocolate of last season which has a hint of burgandy. It's a perfect bag too, lock, texture (a nice mix of pebbled and smooth) and shape. I am keeping both, since I don't have a true brown bag. Last season's leather is definitely softer and more vintage looking, but this new one is gorgeous too.

When and if the Blanc arrives, it's going back. I would rather have a chocolate I can use year round in New England than an off-white that is not only seasonal, but might show dirt. I'll be way too paranoid in the long run.

Man, I need some credits on my charge cards! Cougess, I'm feeling your pain, LOL!

It is gorgeous! I've seen it IRL...Today, I just missed the delivery of my light blue paddy this afternoon but I will pick it up tomorrow...I'll let you know how the leather is..I remember it being soft and slouchy, though.

i've got a blue paddy but it's my first one. i never touched the previous season's IMO, my blue paddy is quite slouchy. u can almost hear the 'plop' wherever i put it hehee... i lovvvveeee it
