Has anyone had problems ordering from LVR? Tried to preorder yesterday, authorization failed Bank called, wanting to make sure it was me. Said they lifted the 'hold' and it should go through. If it doesnt, the merchant may have to manually authorize it? So confused. Anyways, tried again today and nope..auth. failed. Anyone else go through this? Would it be on LVRs end or the sellit site that the payment goes through? dang it all

Hmmm....as an autoparts retailer (no plug here just stating my cred) I can say that you should not have had to place a new order today; your bank lifting the hold should have sufficed for LVR to be able to process your initial transaction.

Your trans could have failed today for many other reasons; most likely another "for your protection" fraud alert.

You need to call/email LVR and ask them if your first trans is being processed.

When I purchased from NAP both NAP and Citibank had to confirm the trans before it was "authorized" but this did not take more than 24 hours to occur.

Call your bank and make sure that they do not have 2 pending authorizations for you now; you don't want that much money withheld from your available balance.

Theres a tan mini on NAP. I'm wondering how they have it though, since it's a past reason color. It cant be a return either becuase they're policy is 14 days

This is a sign that you are meant to order the paddy from a US store.

You know your bank will charge you a currency conversion fee; you could save a little by using LVR; but, all this hassle - - which one are you looking for?

My nordstroms had a blue, cream, and choco - $1485.

for those of you who have ordered from LVR- How long until I get my duty bill? I received my bag last tuesday and I haven't gotten my duty statement yet. Do I get a letter from FEDEX? I'm dying to know what my fee will end up being. oh- who do I remit the bill to? can I just go to a fedex site and pay my bill there?

I just had mine on Ebay for 7 days; brand new not used, now I have taken to Nordstroms once. I bought mine from NAP got it 2 days before Christmas and then regretted it after the 14 day return window.

I need to scrounge up extra fundage lol. Dang, it was nice savings too. The only way to order from them now is to get a 3 way call going with them and my bank and for LVR to do manual authorization, which they may or may not even be able to do.

You should get a call from FedEx for your fax number (I got a call after a week after I got my bag). They fax you a form that has the charges and you sign it and send it back. Then they mail you a bill. It's a bout 9% plus fees. My bag was 953 (euros) and my duty was $124

The good thing is the second time you order from LVR, you don't have to go through that. FedEx just bills you!

No, its a new season colour because its the Mini . They have been waiting ages for them to come in, and I finally got an email to say they are now available.
Its THE best colour for the mini, makes it look less fussy. Don't worry, they are defo not returns. Brand new out

The NM Boston store had one Noir Paddington left! Because you pushed the color and HYZE posted that lovely photo, I just purchased it. It is being delivered on Friday or Monday so watch for my post and pics here upon its arrival. This will determine whether I return my new chocolate satchel to Nordstrom and keep the Noir, or return the Noir and keep the chocolate.

Yep - I'm a bad influence and then HYZE posting that lovely photo - you had to do it. I think it might be an easy decision, since you already have the A/W chocolate - the Noir will be a whole different look. And whatever you do, don't judge it until you've tried it on with a few outfits - to me, even though the color is unique and prettier in person than in photos, it really pops with certain things. The day I bought it I was wearing dark jeans, a black tank and a grey cashmere sweater and the Noir took the whole outfit up a notch - kind of a steel blue/grey/charcoal thing going on that really works.
