I use the waterproofer on all my bags. Didn't harm my anthracite but boy did it make it shiny for awhile lol. For cleaners I use leather CPR, but haven't used it on the paddy. It works well on Vuitton vachetta though.

cleaner/conditioner for leather. lots of online places have it. Dunno the brand, unless "Leather cpr" is the brand.

I just got my TAN paddy from LVR!! Hubby actually stayed home until 10:30am to meet the fedex WOMAN! Sweet, but he didn't get the next assignment correct about dropping the box by my work, so I had to wait the rest of the looooong day then run errands so didn't get home to unwrap until after 9pm! Such anticipation!! How's this for quick... ordered Friday, processed on Monday and on the left coast by Wednesday am!!

So it looks great, leather isn't quite as squishy as the tan strappy from BG but no weird spots either and not stiff - really pretty! Definitely the keeper of the two. But no security cord like they're supposed to have from LVR...and wait, something else.... NO KEY!! Deh! Why can't shippers check for the freaking key?? I don't want to have to return this knowing LVR so hopefully they can send me a key.... so close....

So the paddy family is back up to 4 temporarily but at least 1 - maybe 2 have to go back... will it be.... whiskey satchel, tan satchel, or choc hobo?? Hmmmm, regardless tan strappy should be showing up on BG any day!

Its confirmed. LVR is the devil The noir from LVR wasnt super squishy right away but after I had been dinkin with it it started to soften up alot.

But yeah, Roz on ebay has the mousse, taupe and jaune for sale and I MUST HAVE MOUSSE I'm *this close* to actually exchanging the noir from mousse but must be responsible. With the paddy charge off my CC the balance will be almost paid off so *sigh* must sell some stuff and save a bit before I can buy another one.

I also ordered the big one (coming next month) but i dont know if i'll keep it. It's kinda big. I tried on the one in light blue that lilly posted. I love the color and it's really cute but.. it's still too big...looks like an overnight bag on me (as the SA said).

I WENT TO UPS BUIDLNIG TO CLAIM MY PARCEL FROM BAHREIN!

my CRAIE paddington from 2005 is luxurious! so it came in a balenciaga crispt hard box and inside is my bag with a chloe dustbag, its a cream color the dust bag

the leather is so soft and smells like wonder, the bag collpases when i put it down! the lock is perfect, so is the key, well not like perfect perfect like you know the part where its the loop area of the lock theres a small scrtach cause of the inserting of it, the key you can hardly see the small bits its like so small and since i know it will happen no matter what.

the bag is gorgrousssssssss but i was surprise to fuind that the craie is a lot darker than i thoght it would be! but its still lovely

I have some problems tho

1)There is no Serial # in my bag or tag that sticks out from the bag inside
2)I did not have the round chloe tag attached to the bag
3)i dont know if the authentic have this but theres no Made in Italy Chloe, stamped on the leather inside the bag....

nothing is bothernig me really since its too gorgeous, but one little thing is you know the small circley leather part where the gold stud is it seems like the paint is coming off and it looks bluish but i guess its normalish since i dont know chloe never had high standards in quality
here ill point it out to you, bijin imma use yours as an example hope you dont mind

This afternoon i went to UPS building to pickup my parcel from Bahrein

First of all sorry guys, my camera got takened away by my other she went on atrip and took my camera since my camera is better

my bag is the craie 2005 authm/fall it is gorgeous, the leather is thick and soft and buttery and pebbly and wrinkly. I was acutally surprised to find it darker than i thought it was to be. its a bag to die for. i like how its darker too than if it gets dirty it wont be so noticeable.

the lock is perfect, just a small little scratch at the loop area where you put it in the hole, its expected since you lock and unlock the lock.
the key is perfect too, just the front tip wher eyou insert it in the hole, nobody will notice these stuff and im not bothered consderint its 'chloe'

It arrived in a crispt white heavy hard balenciaga box, realy nice inside sits my gorgrous bag with a cream chloe dustbag

Things that are missing from my bag whihc kind of concerns me but not a lot

1) the round chloe tag indicating the color, i did get the fold out chloe thingie tho
2) i dont have a leather stip with a serial # in my bag
3) no "made in italy chloe' stamped on the leather on the flarp of the bag inside. dont knwo if the authentics have it or not
4) chloe bo? preffered more than balenciaga lols but it was last season's so yeah its fine. My zippers are YKK too

what i really apprecaite is i only had to pay $25.69 for tax! theyre so nice they put $90 dollar US for handbag "outlet sale" so my tax wouldnt be so heavy! nice people! and inside my bag it contanis the real recpeite which is $1267 USD ahaha

the previous missing things dont conern me al lot but would be preffered howver i dont know if this should concern me, the only thing taht concerns me the most is that you know the gold brass part where chloe is stamped on..looks like a plate, its a little dented but since thats where your lock is dangling from i find it ok, but i wish i can change that ive found a new way to protect it, ill show you guys pics asap! promise

nawth21 - I can't believe you STILL don't have your wallet?? (not that you have anything left to put in it ) Where was it coming from? I've got to go check out Roz's stuff - kinda curious to see more pics of the taupe! I know this is all crazy - I've learned from my hubby to pay things off in full every month but no way it's happening with these bags.... fortunately I've got 0% interest until Nov so that takes some sting out but I think it has also huuuuugely contributed to this irresponsible behavior!

madem0iselle - Big YAY on your craie!! although I was thrown seeing the brown for a sec! Can you post pics? Check inside the inside-zipper pocket - the serial tag is sewn into one of the sides inside pocket. My blue (that I returned) didn't have the circle tag either - I told my SA I wanted one and she said she found one but it didn't have the item-specific details on it so that was the icing on the return-cake. The Chloe stamp should show on the inside below lock plate when you flip it back?? I noticed some of the feet on the bottom of my new tan look a little blotchy/bluish like you're talking about on yours... unless I find anything else wrong besides the missing key I'm gonna let that part slide - everything else is so nice

Checked out Roz's stuff - now I remember that's where you got your wallet, nawth21, right? Okay, that mousse is really pretty - you're into the silver hardware...yes? But why do they call that mousse? I think of chocolate but it's lookin' more mojitos-y to me... And I'm feeling a hankering for a Taupe, damn, what IS this obsession? I can't, I can't I CAN'T!! Keyfree Tan hasn't even gathered dust and I'm shopping already... The yellow/jaune is gorgeous too - 2 of my fav summer bags are yellers. I even pulled a sale that would have paid for a third of a paddy cuz I couldn't part with yellow! But I don't think I could invest in yellow at the paddy price....

roey - I'm thinking about your baby-wipe practice - was that on untreated bags? Does that take dirt off that perhaps a towel wouldn't? Considering whether to treat or not... I've never done it to any of my bags but I'm super careful too and have never had to clean/condition anything. Maybe I should?

Well chloe doesn't seem to be big into quality control on the little things, so here's hoping that your lack of leather stamp is another factory screw up which scared other people off and made it available for you I've been 'testing' a passel of bags and some of the stamps are quite a bit fainter than others... gotcher contacts in?

and yes, I've heard someone, roey? say that it's untreated, but not like a sponge either...

I don't know about LVR drinking wine, but me thinks I've had too much vodka!! Keep checking email like IDIOT for reply from LVR about key. Did you email, or call? I might just call since I can't sleep anyway. I want the bag so they have nothing to fear, I just want the freaking KEY! Yes, they still have tan and your chocolate... but you find it in a weird way - not the Chloe ad, but by clicking 'womens accesories' and then selecting Chloe. they show a goofy looking bag 'classic colors'. The tan, choc and black were march pre-orders. Last Thursday it was still pre-order, and Friday it was 'available' which is when I went 'oh shite, I gotta order!' if you do call LVR, can you ask them to check and reply to their email coz they're getting a bad reputation on correspondence.
forgot to check on the serial #.... found it---mine's 10 digit.
LVR should just give me a 70% discount! and i'll keep the bag!
