So LVR update - I got a reply!! I was a big nag but I don't think it has anything to do with the volume of emails I sent but the fact I said I wanted to keep it (i.e. they keep my money! obviously they're not a fan of the return)... I put my order number in the header and said MISSING KEY too - wonder if that caught their attention? I put "THIRD MESSAGE" in 3rd email header and I said 'should I call you?' and mentioned being worried about the speed of their customer service on the other side of the sale and pulled out the "hope to hear from you soon or I may need to contact my credit card company" Bingo!

Nawth21 - weird about your car. Not that you WANT to spend money on nothing, but it would be nice to throw some $$ at it if it solved your probs and allowed you to get out and show off yer paddy more
