Yep, it came tied in the box, foam on the wrapper and tags in the pocket. That IS weird that there is no security tag, especially since it needs to be on for them to accept the bag for returns.

can it b someone returned the bag?

OK.. getting really worried about LVR bags now!!

I just spotted the blue-ish Paddy bouling on LVR. Does anyone have any other photos of this, and what colour it is?

it looks green to me.. hmm but then again, LVR's not known for good pics.. the colour looks great though..

maybe that's what embarrassed them into responding to my emails... I harped on that too, especially since I specifically told 'Cristina' the computerized customer service wench that I did NOT want to receive a return! Had the foam wrap and tags. I DO like their packaging and speed of delivery!

Is that a dove zippy? I know there is a mousse zippy but it has silver hardware. Yep. I'm going to let LVR have it. It took them an average of 5 business days to respond to my emails and when there is a return timeframe that is unacceptable. Then they messed up the return invoice. ugh.

chic-chick - perhaps that's the color they call Dove? A bit grey? Pretty. I believe their Mousse/greyish-green has all silver hardware.

nawth - we're typing in unison.... did you take excedrin pm too?? Definitely give them some Did you say you're going for mousse satchel, or one of the pockets or zippys? I liked the zippys IRL but could never figure out what to stuff in the bottom. My days of planning ahead for an overnight are over! (good/bad/doesn't justify purchases??)

chic_chick - ha, well if I thought 'Cristina' were a real person I'd be more respectful to an SA, but I think we all know what's going on here.... Although it was her alter-ego Chiara who was kind enough to respond to get me to quit emailing them! Of course I'm probably totally wrong and they're totally cool and just overworked.

No excedrin pm Past few days I've taken tylenol pm though lol. I'm planning on getting the satchel. Ah yes, I've gotten both Chiara and Cristine. I think maybe one other SA. All I know is one told me the anthracite wasnt that metallic and the other one told me that it was And we all know how that turned out.

Yeah it can't be the mousse as I think it will remain with silver hardware. The colour looks suspiciously like it though hmmmm. It's so pretty! The zip around the bottom blends into the bag so well.

Hahaha, I will post piccies as soon as my Taupe arrives.. promise! God knows when that'll be, but when it happens you'll all be the first to know

blue genie- thanks alot! tehehhe you know when they sent the bag they had that leather thingieon the plate and i was like how do i open this bag??? ahah and then i realized. im sure this isnt a return bag cause i did ask jaybe and them and they told me it was reserved for the royal family along with the tan and chocolate, they took the chocoalte and tan and left this one to them so i was lucky enough to snatch it up! and i guess they chose the best craie, since its for the royal family? i think i was the one that caused the dent on the plate cause i didnt really know what the 2 rectangle leather thingie was for until last night =P when i started noticing the rectangular thingie on the pictureso n the net and THEN i put the left rectangular leather thingie on its ok i guess since it will eventaully happen

here's the pic.. the part where i squish it, see i can squish all the way thru n the stuffings inside it has somehow gone.. not sure what the handle is stuffed with... i haven;t taken a clear pic of the very distressed leather where the lock piece of leather is attached (hmm.. if u zoon u can see the very distressed leather on the corner is that normal?) but that's not what concern me rite now.. it's the handle.. i'm not sure if it'll break off??

bag is 4-5 mths old bought fr LVR. i'm putting it under ICU n it's resting in it's dustbag...

chick, you should really bring it to LVR's attention since it's a fairly new bag and already you're having that problem. what if it get's worst and then it might be too late to complain.

guys, you got to help me on this with LVR. do i asked them to send a replacement ASAP and send the stained bag after the new one arrives or send the old one back and wait for the new one???? i'm afraid they will just remove the stain and send it back to me!
of course i have no recourse if they want me to ship it back!

Someone fill me in on what the craie is like? Are they really rare? What leather thing are you talking about mademoiselle? I haven't received mine yet as it's still on pre-order!
